More and more people are making tea part of their daily food intake. To help improve digestion some people drink tea before or after meals. Different people have different preferences when it comes to their tea. The terminologies can be confusing especially if it is your first time to drink tea. The terms green, black and organic white tea can leave you confused. Basically the term black and green are based on the color it creates once it is soaked in hot water. The organic white tea is a different issue. The name is not derived from the color of the water instead it is derived from the source of the tea itself. The source of organic white tea are unopened tea leaf buds with white fuzzy and feathery covering.
A lot tea leaf buds are needed in order to make a cup of organic white tea. Unlike other types of teas the organic white tea is the least processed and the least fermented that is why this type of tea is highly loaded with antioxidants which are believed to fight cancer.The taste of organic white tea is different as well. The tast of organic white tea tend to subtle since it blends with others flavor, some may lit it some dont. However, the Organic white tea is something unique; therefore it would be worth a try.
